If you are interested in playing golf in the spring of 2020, please attend a golf meeting in Coach Oliver's room (Room 219) on Friday, December 13 during club time. If you are unable to attend, please see Coach Oliver or Coach Civalier for information.

Congratulations to the Lady Jackets basketball team on their win over Screven this Saturday, 54 to 35. Delanie Thames lead the way with 13 points, ZaRiya Wadley with 11, and Shay Littles with 8.  Everyone on the team contributed with scoring, it was a total team effort. 

Book Club will meet on Friday during Club Time in the media center conference room.

The boys’ basketball teams notched a pair of wins on Friday and Saturday.  Friday night, the boys defeated Benedictine 58-57 on a Russell Williams free throw with 3 seconds left.  Janard Mike had a 16 point, 9 rebound effort, Khristian Clark had 11 points and 7 steals, and Ryan Swanson scored 10.  On Saturday, the Jackets cruised to a 60-42 win over Screven County.  AJ Williams led the scoring with 19, Janard Mike notched a 12 point, 13 rebound double-double, and Jordyn Bradford pitched in 12 points.  This week the Jackets take on Windsor Forest on Tuesday on the road, Johnson Friday at home, and Islands Saturday on the road.

Congratulations to Alana Barnard for being selected as the AAA Pitcher of the Year. Also, Gracie Burgin and Delanie Thames were selected to the 1st team All State.

Juniors and Seniors - It's not too late to sign up for Work Based Learning next semester. If you have a job and would like to be considered, see Mr. Powell in Room 104 as soon as possible.

Any student who would like to participate in the Job Shadow Day scheduled for February 25th needs to see Mr. Powell in Room 104 for an application.

FCCLA will be going Ice Skating and visiting the Ronald McDonald house on Monday Dec. 16th leaving at 2:30 pm.  The cost of the trip is $9.  The deadline to sign up is Friday Dec. 13th.  See Mrs. Lovett for permission forms.

HOSA competitive event sign up deadline is Tuesday, December 17.

Students who need to request a schedule change for next semester need to complete the schedule change request form that is found on the SEB webpage by Friday, December 13th.  

Attention Students:  Bus Procedures:  Riding the bus is a privilege, conditional on appropriate behavior.  All notes to ride a bus with another student must be signed by an administrator.  These notes must be given to the Attendance Clerk upon student’s arrival to school on the day the student needs the note approved.  These notes must have a phone number where the parent can be reached during the school day for verification and the physical address/bus number where the student will be dropped off.  Verified notes must be picked up before the end of the school day from the Attendance Clerk and given to the bus driver upon boarding the bus.

Boys’ soccer conditioning will be on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays through January 13th (first day of practice).  If you are unable to attend, contact Coach Simonin at his school email address:
